I've had QVC channels freeze up very frequently on my Roku device this week. Is there any suggestion to fix this? None of the other channels I watch do this and it's not an internet problem. The screen just freezes, not the usual little circle if the connection is bad. Sometimes if I ignore it, it will come back on but this morning it's not starting back up again. What am I doing wrong?

@Carolina925  - It froze up on me the other day.  I turned it off and turned it back on and it was okay.  It only did it a few times for me.

@San Antonio Gal , mine started doing it every once in a while. This morning, I couldn't get through one presentation without it freezing. I can get out and get back on but then it only lasts for a few minutes again. Not sure what the solution is but I know I don't want to have to keep turning it off and on again every few minutes. I'll get something done today other than watching TV Woman Very Happy

@Carolina925   It did that to me yesterday.  I just get out of the  QVC/HSN channel (back to the main Roku screen), then click the channel again and everything's fine.

I had to do that twice yesterday.  But if I was watching the channel more, it probably would have happened more.

Usually there's an upgrade or change to the channel when that happens.

Usually default to reboot. Unplugging everything and beginning over.

@Caaareful Shopper , thanks. It's always better to know I am not alone, lol. I'll be patient, maybe it is an upgrade. I was stuck on the Snoopy blankets for probably 5 minutes this morning before I realized it was stuck! Didn't really need anything in that show anyway, just needed some noise.

The recent "upgrade" to the QVC/HSN app for Roku is very annoying—it definitely freezes and buffers far more than it used to, and the new menu requires more clicks to get to live programming. When I encounter issues, I do the same thing as a few others have mentioned: Click the "Home" button on my Roku remote and relaunch the app.
