QVC needs more intimates brands

Their intimates selection is very limited. Anytime a bra is on air, is always breezies. They say its their #1 brand, but its the only brand shown. How else would it not be #1. I always return mine as they are too bulky and have large straps that dig into me. Have read others return breezies a lot too, its not a very good brand. They need more outside guests, instead of only showing in house brands.

Sometimes they sell cuddl, anybody, evelyn but those are more like sports bras.

Every few months jockey or hunter mcgradys all worthy pop up, but they don't really advertise outside stuff, so blink and you miss it. Sad because I think those are far superior bras. They are much lighter and don't dig into you. (sexier too)

Just think they need to set aside more hour blocks for intmates that could show off new styles and guests. As ive noticed bras are usualy only sold on fridays for Jens accesory block. Or super early on AM with Leah. Air more intimates on primetime I say.

Wish QVC sold lingerie, or bralettes, just want some sexier items. But I think thats HSNs deal, as they cater to a younger demo. Maybe I'll watch them more instead.

@feliciavalerie.  Breeze is not the only bra shown on QVC.  I can reme, ber seeing at least a half dozen others, some recently.  Perhaps you haven't been watching at the right time?

Re: QVC needs more intimates brands

@feliciavalerie   I agree with you -- QVC needs to showcase and present more intimates brands.  They say millions of Breezies bras are sold, but they don't mention the number that are returned.  I find Breezies unreliable in size & fit, so I stopped buying them.  Plus, when I wore their underwire bras, the wire would very soon poke out and stab me in the side.

They do show "comfort" bras by CuddlDuds, AnyBody, and some others.  But for me, those bras are useless.

For the support bra category, it's Breezies on air by a mile, and I'm tired of it too.  So I just shop for all my bras elsewhere.

Just buy elsewhere.  They are so many stores and websites that sell lingerie.

After finding Wacole, I wouldn't wear any other brand.

They have a website with any size you can imagine and  many styles with wonderful fit guides.  You can buy according to your shape as well as your size.

@feliciavalerie

QVC is great but if I need something now there are so many other sources.

Recently I asked the forum for shaper recommendations and Maidenform was suggested.  Found a fantastic one at a great price on Amazon.

That got me thinking that I could use some new bras.  Ordered a Maidenform from Kohl's as I knew if it didn't fit the store is very close by for a return if needed.

It was a great fit & price, have amassed quite the collection of the same one lol buying from Kohl's. Amazon then back to Kohl's when they dropped the price even further which was a great deal.  Smiley Happy

Added Rakuten to the mix when they had 10 or 12% rebate and they just about gave them to me for free.

I buy my underwear from Macy's.  Frequent sales on Bali bras and Vanity Fair.  Don't need QVC for these items.

I tried Breezies years ago. Awful!  Never bought another item from that brand.

I agree with the OP. I mostly see Breezies intimates and don't care for that brand. In the past I've seen Jockey (and did very well purchasing their bras in the Q). I hope more brands are aired.

Re: QVC needs more intimates brands

Agree with all of you. And I have started to shop elsewhere. But QVC needs to try harder to keep us as customers and show different options. Its not just bras. Q is 1 vendor for everything now, heck they only have like 5 fashion designers left. Figure would be easy to showcase some lesser known brands, guess not. Do remember they had a start up once like 3 months ago from shark tank, haven't seen them since though.

Have also heard there are more options on Q2, but like many of us can't stand the terrible skype audio and bad split screens. Wouldn't hurt to see live models too, everything is pictures. (show the back) How do we know how it really fits, I'm not built like a mannequin. Meanwhile on HSN they use like 5 models on set for intimates. QVC has become cheap and lazy. Fashion has taken a big hit, no wonder most days are just vacuums. The only fashion they care about is pajamas.

The only silver lining is keep hearing more vendors will return in studio for the new year (believe that when I see it) maybe then we will finally get some sexier options for intimates. Or just some new brands in general. Fingers crossed until then.

Re: QVC needs more intimates brands

I would at least like to see Breezies brand offer their sizes starting with 32.  I really don't understand why this isn't part of their sizing considering lots of customers as well as hosts claim to need that size.

Re: QVC needs more intimates brands

From an inventory perspective, bras are a nightmare.  Way too many band and cup sizes to deal with.  Much more of a specialty shop item.

For general shopping, Her Room is pretty good.  Or else go directly to a site you know.  For me that is usually Wacoal or Title IX.
