QVC in Italy

When you order from QVC in Italy, there is only one shipping and handling for the entire day if everything ordered is included in one box, and they can also chose to pay when they receive the item, adding about 2 euros to the S&h, I beieve that with this method it avoids theft because a package is never left,in front of a door where anyone can steal it, because if you don't pay you don't get it, and if your not home at the time of the delivery they leave a note,and will keep the package for up to 5 days in the post office. I know because my niece works for the italian post office.I wish they would do the same here I'm sure many people would chose the option to pay on delivery.
