I am so pleased to say that the Q got it right--by mistake I returned a product w/the wrong packing slip--so I called customer service & explained & they said they would forward the info--it was like a $20 difference between the article I was returning vs the packing slip--so I am excited that I was credited for the correct amount--& I didn't have to call customer service again & be frustrated--THANK U CUSTOMER SERVICE
