QVC and their strange shipping process

Last week I ordered at the same time two pieces of Nolan Miller jewelry (a pendant and earrings). These are the same design and meant to wear as a set but they are two different item #'s. On Saturday in my mail box courtesy of the USPS I got the Q brown envelope with the pendant. Today on my front stoop courtesy of UPS I received a rather large cardboard box (about 4 in x 5 in) containing (you guessed it) the matching earrings. All I can say is Huh?
