QVC Why Oh Why

Very frustrated that I didn't receive my normal holiday 5 easy pay on demand this year. I've spent a lot of money with the Q and was looking forward to using it. The things I've had my eye on this year just aren't on easy pay.

QVC gives them out randomly and has for years. No one is guaranteed the offer.

Oh yes, the 'random' EP distribution... Surely one of their most brilliant customer incentives... It always ruffles feathers and yet they refuse to change... Don't feel too bad, OP. They just continue to play games with EP as their excuse for actually offering a true customer perk. In years past, they (randomly) offered two to be used by the end of January. This year, most of the folks I know that got them at all, got a single use EP put on their account. Nice? Sure. But really, the VERY least they could do short of not doing anything at all...
