I contacted Roku about this also. I just tried to get on the app and it looks like they took the email thing off of there.  I could go in to QVC like before.

Well I decided not to give them my email. If you want viewers to watch and buy your products you should just stream it. I can watch it on the Roku live channel if it want to see the show that badly. Not a wise decision for QVC to try forcing people to comply.

I don't give my cell phone number to most places...unless I REALLY need/want to.

Otherwise, I give our work land line...can't bug me w/ spam texts that way.

@Sunshine Kate

I think you hit the nail on the head.....the lists of email accounts they sell are probably worth MORE to them  than the stuff they're selling on the site!!

Businesses pay lots of money for these leads....

Another place that sells list of customers...those ultra friendly, pretend to care, scare you if you dont do it "Health Screening" gimmickh places that set up in hotels in town and solicit customers for "screenings"....

Yeah they take your blood pressure and squeeze your feets, but then they sell your info to medical device places and EVERY hokey insurance place on the internet, along with your email and info...so THOSE places can call, email, text and otherwise bother you until you die...either of an illness or from sheer frustration trying to get them to STOP BOTHERING YOU.
