The best is when you give them your email then they want your text?   This is wrong

I can watch through our YouTube streaming service and I never get asked for my email or any other information.

I don't have Roku, so no idea what's going on there.  Is it only QVC that's the problem?

You can always watch on your computer or tablet without having to put in any information.

QVC is also on Pluto TV through a Roku device. No email required.

But if you refuse to shop anymore due to the New Customer free shipping debacle....why would it matter?  Don't need to watch!

Now they are sending out postcards for 4 free shipping orders on select lines....but only to 'certain' customers.

I can't remember. Did we have to give them our email to join the forum or to order online? I watch the presentations and only order what I see on tv. However, I order on my computer while watching. I never call customer service to order. They do have my email and send a number of emails daily.

@On It   @BalletBabe    Yes, I believe QVC already has our email addresses if they want to access them.

I have been known to give these people my "throw away" email.  Set up specifically so they won't bother me.....

Oh, I had someone threaten me that my ROKU would be shut down if I didn't call their number and straighten out my account..... LOL.... I've never had a ROKU account!!  And of course I did not call any number!

Really, It's like they want me to turn off the tv.

I watch before bed for a while. Tend to buy a lot of homeworx and Luminara and philosophy, but last night I tried to work around putting in my email and just gave up and went to bed instead. Probably for the best. Same for when I'm folding laundry. No time to put in my email address. Just watch Youtube instead. I will save so much money!

So it wasn't only me...they already have my email. Why did they need it again? They should be able to tell how many people downloaded the app to their roku. I guess they are hunting for more potential customers to receive promotional emails, hoping to entice new people to buy.

I just turned on ROKU and got the same message. I have to say, I am terribly annoyed. I refuse to do this and no how many times you try to circumvent it never goes away. I watch quite often but that may have to stop. This is way out of line.

This happened to me last night.  QVC has my email and I am not putting any of them on Roku.  I simply said, I really don't need to watch anymore.  Turned the TV off and read my book.
