At the end of wasting my time answering their questions, because I told my truth about how they have changed and Amazon CS and shipping better, I was told on last page of survey, i am not a good subject for the survey.  So they don't want negative, just positive answers.  Too Bad.  They should take the answers and improve some of the problems.

That happened to me too, I guess they really don't want your true opinion.

I don't think that's how the surveys work.

Same thing happened to me and I had given glowing ratings in the survey. I think there is something wrong as it appears this is happening to everyone taking the survey...a true waste of our time....not happy about it.

Same happened to me. Want a turnoff! Why not just take all the answers and if they wanted to only use e.g., people who used phone apps to order things, use just their data. But to bug us to answer their survery just to be rejected at the end! Honestly whoever is in charge of this survey needs to understand how off  putting that is. I won't be answering any more surveys from the Q.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! I commented on the QVC app, and wrote some thoughtful responses. It was a waste of my time. This is the second time for me. I will no longer answer these requests.

People don't like to fill out a survey and find out at the end that they are "not a good subject." QVC should take note of this, and just add a simple thank you for your time. We don't need to know whether or not we are "good subjects"!

'QVC is interested in learning more about your shopping experience.  By participating in this survey, you’ll help us serve you better.  The survey should only take a few minutes of your time.'

Above was in an email from Q. Statement isn't accurate, as after I completed the survey, I was told I'm not a good subject for this. Just another reason to confirm to myself why I choose Nordstroms, Amazon, Costco and other companies now over Q. My main complaint was on cost of shipping (much higher to Alaska and the length of time for a package to arrive).

Too bad I didn't know that QVC only wanted certain types of answers. I guess that way when summary results are published, they can show how wonderful the customers think they are. Most companies that ask for a customer's opinion are truly interested in what the customers want or need.
