Things seem to have improved so much compared to what we went through last fall, it's like night and day.

All my clothing purchases recently have been shipped from the Ontario, Ca. warehouse which eliminates 2-3 days and the huge bottleneck at Hodgkins, Il.  Now they come straight across Arizona to Albuquerque

I ordered a Martha Stewart top on Jan. 22nd, and it's out for delivery today by the post office, along with a couple of other things with similar timelines.

I only hope this is the new "normal".

I'm happy you are satisfied with shipping and delivery but I am not.  I bought an item on HSN the same day as one on QVC.  HSN was delivered in 4 days.  QVC is still in process after 6 days which I find unacceptable.

@mspatmac.  Perhaps your item is being vendor shipped?  I mostly order all clothing.

Shoes.  It gives me a delivery date of 1/30 but showing in process so we will see.  Hope I like them and they fit

I am in PA. However,  I also have had improved delivery, often in 5-7 days. I am learning that if items can get out of the warehouse ( still an occasional issue), they are on their way and delivered quickly-- even with Mail Innovations.

in my opinion shipping did get better over the holidays but it's gotten slow again. I am still waiting for 2 items shipped from CA, one ordered 1/19 that sat in KC over the weekend, hopefully they will be here tomorrow.   Glad to hear shipping has improved for you

I had an item shipped from the Q, made it to Ohio, headed to Indiana, turned around and ended up in NJ?! Via USPS, who I think is the entire problem.
