So this past Thursday I came home to find a package from QVC, quite heavy and obviously containing  clothes.  I wasn't expecting any clothing from the Q since I hadn't ordered anything.  The package was obviously turned inside out and sloppily taped.    It had a label from Q to me but it was very faded.

So upon opening it there were two pair of NJDJ JEANS and my return slip with my writing saying why I returned them and requesting  a refund to my original payment.   I was very confused why they were being returned.    These were ordered way back in November 2025.   I checked my order status and it showed that I in fact returned them and I was given credit for  both .  When I called CS of course she coukd not t explain why they were returned but because they had already been returned abd credited she could not generate a return label.  She sent a request to a supervisor to ask how to handle it and I am supposed to call back on Monday to find out if they can send me a return label.

i guess these things happen but it was quite surprising.

If you've already been credited for the return, I would have just donated them. Odd mistakes can happen.

@Goldengate8361 @Teddixat

Odd mistake, right?

I had something similar happen with a Gap return...so my return came back to me with all my information plus a pair of jeans (? Not my size) and another persons name on the labels. (?}

They said to donate all of it⁉️ Stuff such as this happens so rarely.

@Goldengate8361   if Q can't send me a label I will donate them, but I thought that I should first advise the Q.

@LTT1    I have received other people's merchandise on several occasions over the years.

This however was my own return.  As GoldenGate suggested, if the Q  can't provide me with a mailing label, I will donate them to my local Battered Women's Shelter.

Unusual but I guess these things can happen. We are all only human as they say, including QVC. You did the right thing by informing them.

I have been going back and forth with Macy's over a return. I ordered a nightgown and got a huge pink bra instead. I returned to store. Got my credit. Back and forth for 2 months now. Their mistake. My problem. It happens.
