I still haven't gotten any e-mail from QVC about this program.

I got the postcard in the mail and just signed up. Very easy. Just go to your account, email and mobile preferences (I think), and click the box that says Promotions. Don't forget to click Submit (down below), otherwise it won't take. 

It will be interesting to see what they are offering. Free shipping would be nice. CT has their tax free week starting August 20. Would be nice to couple that with free shipping. I have my eye on a few items for fall that are on clearance right now.

I also got the postcard and gave them my hard earned $$ in August & September. Wanted to use rewards to make another purchase but nothing in credits area. After looking Through all logical areas and not finding any I called Customer Serivce for help.

Customer Servive cannot help because this is provided by a marketing team that they cannot contact nor can I. No email address no phone number. I've feel targeted and cheated by a company I have patronized for over 30 years. 

I am hoping this is an honest error and the company will fix this issue. If not I will report them to the authorities for corrective action.

So, the other day I got an E-mail that I was invited to join a special HSN trial rewards program.  Not sure it's worthwhile, but I guess it costs nothing to join and if I don't fulfill the requriments, so what?  It's different than other rewards programs though that give you points for every purchase.  At least I know up front what the requriements are though as opposed to the QVC one. 

ETA: I clicked on the Learn More and it takes you to a page that gives more specific info, but I don't see a way to join, so maybe it's automatic.
