When are you people FINALLY going to get it! This happens every year! Customers disappointed because their Christmas items DID NOT arrive in time for Christmas, even though QVC PROMISED that they would. PEOPLE, QVC WILL PROMISE YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOUR MONEY! WAKE UP!

I think it's funny that they say they "guarantee" delivery, but do they say what they will do if it doesn't arrive by their "guarantee" date. Do they say, we will give you credit for item, or any other promise?

I guess I don't understand what a guarantee mean if there isn't a clause to what that means. I didn't order anything before Christmas. I just don't know what this all means. Maybe someone who knows QVC's policies can let me know if they have some verbage to this effect.

Too bad you didn't get that nice present in time. Did you get it the day after? We know children and Xboxes. I don't know a kid in the world that wouldn't want to see a Xbox under the tree for Christmas.
