I just went through 41 pages of "NEW" arrivals and most of them are not NEW at all!
Most already have a bunch of reviews, some I've already purchased and received, but now they have a new item # and the prices have been jacked up.
Shame on QVC! We're not as stupid as QVC thinks!

It's a computer program that will pick up new skus as new. I've seen it in many places. They do change the sku if there are new colors or the price increases for example. There isn't someone sitting there labeling items as new. Standard operating procedure.

Lol, that figures.😔

@Tori3569 Exactly.
I've seen sets that were in two, now come in three -- called New. Just like pants they had for years, back in "spring colors" deemed as New. New sku numbers are made all the time, and the system pops them up in that category.

I've also seen that with other retailers. What is termed "new" might be updated, with different colors or prints.
It doesn't mean they think we're stupid.

Probably just a new shipment of the same old same old so they think they can get away with saying New Arrivals.

I wouldn't bother going through 41 pages of anything just to find out whether it's new or not.
If I'm shopping for something, I'm more specific than that. And, if I find what I want, I don't care whether it's "new" or not.
Nothing a retailer can do would make me feel stupid.

I would find it exhausting if I thought of so many simple things as a negative.

I have found the same to be true. Also when you look back in your history to see if, in fact, you might have bought something a year ago or so, they make it nearly impossible for you to find. They do change the itme numbers also. This years numbers begin with "6". That is how you know the age of a particular piece of clothing.
