QVC is more tuned into customers' needs than in the past. The company has probably brought in smarter buyers who are paying close attention to their target customers' Needs. The inventory is much broader than 10-15 years ago. I do most of my shopping online and Amazon doesn't do live presentations or EZ pays. I  appreciate that QVC recognizes  our budget limitations; I don't like "doing without" so I always look for the best for less as well as EZ payments. 

Suggestions:The Q should always offer the 5 EZ pays or even 6, free S&H, and quick turnaround Returns. That "return label check the boxes, re-package, get it to UPS and wait forever for your refund" is SO archaic and bothersome - it's 2025 already!
