QVC NY Station?

Year's ago, Mabey 25 Qvc had second channel from NYC. Items shown were different and unique. Who remembers the makeup brand Ilmackige? Sorry can't remember the correct spelling. Ordered several item's enjoyed the brand. Woman who owned the company belive was French. Hope someone remembers. If so, Is the company still around. Thank you in advance.
