Sorry you didn't get the shoes for the price you had wanted.  I try to buy something when I see it on sale immediately.  If not, it either goes up in price or the size I want is not available.  It's pretty much that way every place I think.  I try to not make rash decisions on purchases but you often have to make a quick decision if you want something.  Retail is a big game, that's just the way it is.

QVC is really playing games with pricing, I agree.  It's a shell game and it's not a good look for them.  I have been a customer for over 30 years and have pulled back and am not purchasing going forward.  Shipping is horrible and pricing is just deceiving.  It's a shame.

So on Saturday I see a cute pair of Skechers which were NOT the TSV.  They were pricey but there was free s&h.  I decided to think about it but then I see there is free s&h on Sunday as well.  Great!  I'll be saving $5.50.  On Sunday I decide I'm going to purchase the shoes but the price has gone up $10.00!  Already pricey on Saturday so I decide not to purchase.  So today, I decide to go mourn my shoes and they are back to their original price but now I have to pay the additional s&h.  THIS is why I am getting fed up with QVC.  These kinds of games are annoying to your customer base.  Randomly raising and lowering your prices DAILY is not conducive to good customer service and satisfaction.  I know it's a sales tactic but you are going to tactic yourself out of a customer base if you continue to treat your customers so poorly.  I've shopped here for 30 years but I think I'm running on my last nerve in the loyalty department.

annoying but trying finding the same shoe somewhere else

@jackthebear   I found a pair of step in Sketches on Amazon also to add to your list. No fancy colors though. I wasn't sure if they really worked as Rules said they were slip one and were not anything close.

This same thing has happened to me several times. Yeah, it's totally ridiculous. I think they have some internal algorithm that triggers it to happen. Oh well, you saved money and I'd bet it's only 50% chance you like/ kept them! 🤣

Skechers are sold everywhere. Always price shop before you buy from Q. Other retailers offer good promo codes, real sale prices, and free shipping.

You and I don't have any control over prices. They can change on the hour. That's the chance you take.

I understand your frustration and have noticed the same thing with their fluctuating prices, daily at times. Amazon does the same thing, however. I usually put things on my wish list option at Amazon and sometimes the price goes up daily. I think it's a retail issue, not limited to QVC.

I've had a dress in my online cart at Talbots for a few weeks.  The price is ping ponged between $101 and $169 almost daily.  And the shipping is $8.95.  This is not exclusive to QVC.

QVC isn't the only place where you can buy Skechers from.

I saw a pair of $75 Skechers I wanted at QVC but they didn't have my size.  So I seached Skechers store online and discovered they were available in my size at the local Skechers store and they had a buy one get one for 50% off sale.  The same shoe was $59.99 and I got a second pair for 50% off.
