I don't usually join in on forums, blogs, and in general social media, but I had a question and somehow landed on this forum. I noticed there is a lot of criticism of hosts and everything else. These people seem to enjoy their job, and try to connect in a positive way with their customers. I would say your television has an on/off button, and your remote can switch channels. I would suggest keeping your negativity to yourself and try to do something, or watch something that makes you happy. Just sayin,

Someone gives their opinion and they are greeted with sarcasm?

@maylee1951  Welcome to the Forums! Where you will meet a lot of really nice people and also some sarcastic people who never have anything nice to say and would argue with Jesus if they could.

Luckily, the good outnumber the bad!! I don't post a lot, only when I feel I have something to say. But I do enjoy most people on here.💙

Unfortunately using an on/off button, and using a remote to switch channels seems to do nothing to improve the financial condition for this struggling company.

Perhaps behavior modification with certain host and brand ambassadors would help.

Here's another perspective . Some of us have been here a long, long time, some from the beginning. We can't help but compare host behavior and methods of selling,so we express our displeasure. Unless the criticism is mean spirited or unfair , I truly don't see the harm. JMO.

Fairness is very subjective.  And the harm is to the value of this forum which ends up needing too much moderation.
