So, the T shirts they are selling, one says 1986 Studio Park.

This is in error. although, the company may have  first aired in 1986, they were in a different location then. Studio Park is a newer and much larger facility that opened in 1997, I remember the on air grand opening, very star studded in formal attire. I fact checked before I typed this.

You are correct about the dates. I just watched the QVC story part 2 and they showed the lights being turned off in the original studio and the grand opening of Studio Park. 

QVC is selling these T shirts?
