And that's ok. Let people post. Don't open posts on topics you don't like. In the meantime, Q's financial problems are well known and people can post about them anyttime they want. The last thing people need is more forum police.

QVC Group Update Filed With the SEC, April 1

QVC Group, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. In light of ongoing discussions and negotiations with the Company’s lenders and the associated uncertainty related to such discussions, additional time is required for the Company to compile and analyze certain information and documentation and finalize certain disclosures required to be included in the Form 10-K, as well as to allow for the review by its independent registered public accounting firm.

Based on currently available information, management anticipates it will disclose, in the Form 10-K, that there remains substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The Company currently expects to file the Form 10-K as soon as practicable and no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date, in accordance with Rule 12b-25.

I would like to see QVC succeed and will look at postponing the release as a good sign. They are working hard to get the situation straightened out.

@SakuyaHuh, that's funny.  I looked at the postponing as a bad sign - that they were scared of the fallout/repercussions once the numbers came out.

Re: QVC Group Postpones Earnings Release

@geezerette I agree.  Has anyone looked at Susan Graver's daughter's line of jewelry, Love Audry Rose?  She does real gold, and it is skimpy little jewelry that costs thousands of dollars.   I wonder how profitable it is for her.  Susan sure helps her out by constantly promoting her line on facebook, and sometimes on QVC, (which should not be allowed.)

Thank you for the update.  I posted what I thought was an interesting financial report from a German financial institution (QVC is in Germany too) in the community forum (meant to post it here), and it doesn't look good.

one problem they have is out of their control. It's the loss of nearly 1/3 of the cable audience.  People are streaming, they have satilite or other forms of TV.  QVC depends on a cable like audience.  I have satilite, and can't even tell you what channel the Q is on. We don't even watch tv anymore, so now we are thinking of loosing the satilite.  I imagine many do this.

@shoekitty

I have satellite and I get all the QVC and HSN channels.

QVC has said in their statements they have lost thousands of viewers who no longer shop but mainly because so many people dropped cable. Q dropped the ball several years ago  when they ignored the huge trend of social media and influencers to attract a new audience with young presenters and products geared for a younger demo. VPH, Temptations, most all Q clothing and garden shoes are for an older demo. They've tapped out that audience. Good luck!

@SharkE  -  I thought you enjoyed shopping here and posting on the forums.   That's sad that you don't care about the Q.

I would hate to see them go.

No one is obligated to care about a corporations's success or failure. No one should be put down for not caring....or for caring.

Given 40 years with a huge corporation, I can guarantee corporations, including Q, don't care about us.  They are not in it to care about anything but the bottom line.
