I order food items from QVC now and then.  In fact, I just ordered Rastelli's Rib Eye Steaks that were the TSV the other day.  Rastelli's offers many exceptional meats and have ordered burgers and other steaks in the past. My family has been very pleased with their products.  Just Bagels are a favorite as well, and before JUNIOR"S and QVC parted ways, their cheesecakes and regular cakes were a must for family gatherings.  I miss them and don't find David's Cookies cakes, as a substitute, as good as Juniors.

@Susan345

Why was it hard to get a refund?

It is a simple phone call or email...

This was years ago when they were not as good at giving refunds.  At first they wanted me to return them.  Since then things have changed quite a bit,

That is really odd!   QVC has always had the policy you do not return food items, ever!

Now AMZ won't take back food even if you get something defective, like the ROCK HARD and ruined special sugar I ordered from them!  Lesson learned about AMZ!

I never hesitate to order food from QVC or HSN for that matter.  Never had a problem.

@RespectLife - Amazon has the same approach as QVC about not accepting returns of food items for safety considerations. Even though you can't just click a button in the system as you would for a regular item return, it is fairly simple to get a replacement or refund through a quick chat or call with customer service. Since the beginning of the year, the automated chatbot has even been trained more thoroughly so that you often don't have to wait to get confirmation from an agent in cases where food items are damaged or defective.

I buy the salmon on AD --it is amazing!!! And have ordered other things too--got my $$ back on most of them tho--a few things were ok but not enough to re order.

@wagirl  -  Why did you get your money back on most of food items?  Was something wrong with the food?

The only thing I've purchased more than once is Kansas City vidalia onion steakburgers. Tried a couple of Rastelli products...never again.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

@Susan345 Worried about how to dispose of the packaging?  Really?  You've got too much time on your hands.

We have a Town dump.  We dispose of all kinds of stuff there.  You can do the same with garbage service.

DISAGREE 100!

I called Amz and they absolutely refused to refund my money.  I even offered to return it.

I BANGED the rock hard sugar on the counter into the phone.

They absolutely would NOT give me a refund.

I called later and got the same refusal.

@San Antonio Gal ------well it wasn't spoiled but most of what I ordered  was way too salty or just plain didn't taste that great. I fell for the silly yummy faces and happy dances that were added---the beef fillet nuggets--that were supposed to be at least 2 oz, were not and filled with fat and sinew. I ordered a breaded fish and  there was NO flavor--just stuff like that. If I pay the big bucks for something I want it to taste good to me. I ordered one of the nuts in the jars--and instead of the luscious looking nuts and dried fruits displayed, got jars of pieces in  nut dust that coated everything in the jar. So I only buy the salmon. Been on AD going on 3 years now and have never been disappointed.
