They don't seem to be able to ship orders either. My most recent order is going on 11 days being stuck in the  "preparing your order" phase. It has passed the EDD as well. 

 

I've been told... "please know we’re doing everything we can to get all orders out as quickly as possible. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding." 

 

I know this problem is beyond the control of the wonderful social team and I do appreicate their replies, but you'd think this months long issue (supposedly with orders shipping out of Ontario, CA) would have already been resolved by whatever department takes care of these issues.
