QVC's selling platform is unique compared to other stores that have filed because most of their sales come from their loyal customers who are older and watch it on TV. If they get removed as a tv channel that would be the final blow. Sales are dependent on those loyal buyers who "buy multiples" because they see the item demonstrated or modeled live. TikTok is more complicated and just isn't the same. It's all about profits and if QVC can't deliver the plug will be pulled sooner than we think.

I read they will be filing chaper 11 , they haven't filed 4th Financials yet, unfortunately I do r think they will make it to 2027. I used to buy all my clothes from qvc but it is now only Kim gravel, Susan graver and denium and co. Gone r all the funny hosts and the real designers its only leisure clothes. I moved on from the clothing but then they lost Josie, the jewelry got insanely expensive with scott.grimes. I've been pushed to tik tok for my skin care (ans glad) i get my clothes my jewelry everything from tik tok now which is the new qvc

In February of 2026, Bloomberg Report said that QVC has seen a significant decrease in viewership. QVC is working with advisers to evaluate restructuring options.
