QC shipping

On Wednesday I ordered a room heater from HSN and one from QVC to decide which I liked better. The HSN heater was just delivered. The Q order is " preparing your order "

3 days later. Seriously, QVC? One of the reasons I don't order much anymore.

I ordered a D&C top on 12/30 and it was shipped timely but due to the snowy weather here and terrible road conditions it's been a few extra places and is finally out for delivery today.That I can understand. I also have a pair of SG pants I returned via the post office back on 1/3 and as of today it's still at the post office ! I also have another package I sent back on 1/3 via UPS and QVC confirmed it has been received. It's a mess out there ! Schools here were suppose to reopen Jan 6th after the Holidays but they have been closed all week with a few having virtual learning. Glad you at least received your HSN order, hopefully you get your QVC order soon and the weather doesn't delay it further !

@ellaphant. A heater is most likely vendor shipped.

Yesterday, there was no mail delivery due to the funeral. At 8pm, my doorbell rang; it was a postal employee delivering my new QVC bra. I couldn't believe he even brought it to the front door.

Ordered 4 days ago.

HSNs vendor had it here in 2 days. My order not even processed. Ridiculous.

I rec'd my REVITALIGN "sale" sandals in 3 days...directly from the vendor. Fastest delivery from the Q ever...

When I place an order with HSN I usually get an email within two days that my order has shipped. I don't find that to be the case with QVC. It's anyone's guess when an item will ship.
