Q2 LIVE SHOWS OR NOT?

I'm not sure if the info comes from QVC or my cable company, but none of the Q2 shows are marked NEW on my guide. I miss several I would have watched....especially the one with Courtney the other night. I just caught the last 15 minutes while channel surfing. 

 

The top right corner says LIVE or REPEAT, but that's only helpful if already watching that show.

I think they do 1 or 2 live shows  day. Don't know what the time frame is on those, if any. There's an ITKWM show tomorrow and I'm wondering if that's live. Don't ever watch enough to get that info.
