New article in Variety lists celebs from every area that are participating from Queen Latifah to Billie J King. Definitely a huge marketing and advertising effort. Celebs must   be paid for appearing along with all travel and accommodations. 

Big push to enhance the 50+ audience Q is geared to. Key marketing demo age is 25-49.

Anybody know who went from QVC  besides Shawn and Rachel who've  talked about it incessantly?

What exactly are these celebrities participating in? Will they be hawking items? I don’t think so.
What exactly is this campaign all about? What is everyone getting together in Vegas for?
I’m at a loss, not sure what this is suppose to accomplish.
Unless it’s just one big advertisement for the Q, but even with that I don’t think they are going to get a good ROI.

It will be interesting/entertaining to watch.

I'm only guessing that it's a substantial expense write-off (tax wise).  

I haven't kept up......what, when, etc., etc.

I'm the one who likes the entertainment aspect.

I don't understand this either. Does QVC think women over 50 need the Q to tell them they can accomplish things?  That all is possible?  Find this very strange.
