Q Tour ?

We are going down to Widener University this weekend my son was accepted for next year. So we are going to do some site seeing as well. If we have time to do the tour, does it get busy as far as traffic in the area in the afternoon? We are staying in Chadds Ford. Planning on going to the Brandywyne Museum.

Anything else? Good restaurants, shopping....
