So, I package up a $175 Linea jacket, a Linea black cardigan, and a Linea scarf top.

The cardigan is returned, but NOT the expensive jacket or the scarf top.

Item was sent to proper Q return address via trackable USPS priority mail. Box was obviously delivered because the cardigan was returned.

CS said I must wait SEVEN DAYS for my return on the jacket and scarf. They would not budge said it was their policy.

So, if the coat and top was in the same freaking box as the returned cardigan, why won't they process the return at the same time?

I'm thinking there is some terrible malfeasance going on at the Q.

Any similar issues with returns? Sound fishy to me!
