I have sent an email to Tech Support. I was told to delete the Q App and reinstall it. Well, I don't use a Q app and I don't think Community Forum is even ON the App.
I replied, please try to post in Community with a Smart Phone-Android and the Fire and you will see, no keyboard pops up. No response to my request. Simple enough to do...Please, Please correct this problem that began a few months ago..maybe going on 3 months now.
Kindle Fire is a great little device and while I can order just fine on it, I want to post in our Community Forums with it. Same with my Sprint HTC EVO smart phone...and it used to be able to, so please...someone fix it.
