Program Guide

Does anyone else print out the program guide? I always do and QVC is consistently behind on it. Right now it ends Sept 2, tomorrow. I have emailed them at least 3 different times complaining about this and the answer I get is, yes, we know about it and have sent your request to the proper department. I guess they just don't care about their customers.
