@spabar  I alwyas liked the UPS Store best too but closest one is 30 minutes from me.  And lately I've seen more issues with UPS returns - slower shipping and delays.  I can get a receipt at my local PO but not the place that handles UPS drop offs.

I had the same problem yesterday trying to do a return. I have never had an issue selecting USPS before yesterday! I assume it is part of the 'changes' within the restructuring.

UPDTATE:

It appears the issue has been fixed. I was able to select USPS and print my return label. YAY!😁

I have a few times. On both QVC and HSN. Called a few times about it and was told that is just the way it is. There is a USPS blue box a few blocks away so I just walk my package there. Wonder if there is a way to ask who ships the item BEFORE you buy it.
