You don't need to clear your cookies when it's only QVC that's giving you the trouble. You KNOW it's them, not you.

I doubt Q will do anything to solve the problems. They wanted to get rid of the forums and changed their mind after all the complaints. Having worked in IT for many years, that was the death knell for system fixes.

Terrible here at home since Wed, but was fine yesterday in my office, use Chrome both places.

Still having the problem others describe. I use an iPad. Are the folks who police the forums here to report our tech issues? I can't find a link to a webmaster, and I am barely able to navigate these page to do so.
Please fix. This may be the first place I stop, but I almost always make my way to shop based on something I've read about here.

Have the mods weighed-in on the problem? I haven't seen them lately. Maybe they were all re-assigned.

This started for me today right after I posted the monkey story. After I left this website, I found my computer unable to open anything. I cleared my cookies, which did nothing. Shut down and restart many times. Nothing changed. After an hour I could slowly open programs, so I ran a Malwarebytes scan, which showed nothing amiss.
Now everything is back up to speed, but this QVC problem remains.

I have been having the same problem for three days. Glad to know it is not my computer messing up!! Really a pain and too much trouble to get into the forums! Has really cut down my time reading and sharing! Wonder - when and if - QVC will fix issue!!
