Problem with Supernova DLS Tablet Item E202817 Attn: IT Department

I purchased two of item E202817 in early December as the TSV and love everything about them with one big problem. The keyboard will not popup to let me rely on the QVC Community. I can do reviews, order items, and every other function. QVC-Please fix this problem.
