The sound on Q Plus goes in & out regularly. I have an iPad .  Is it just me?

I tuned in for a few minutes...not sure how long I should have stayed tuned....but sound was steady.

It was quite erratic for about an hour & seems better now, but it isn't just today.  It's a fairly regular occurrence.  Maybe I'll buy less!

I don't watch anything live, but I've found that the QVC website and iPads don't play well together.  I often have problems with the videos going in and out, or not working all together.  And many of us using iPads have consistently complained about problems with these forums too.

I've had trouble with regular QVC going out lately.  Sometimes it's just a few seconds but on several occasions it's been five minutes or more.  I'm on DirectTV.

No, it's not just you. Late last night I was watching a Quacker Factory show with Alberti and Angel on QVC Plus on my ipad mini while I was cleaning out my closet and the audio kept quitting and I was using the QVC app to watch the live feed. I had to go to QVC Live and then back to QVC Plus to restart the live feed on QVC Plus. It happened at least 3 times.

@Magny, it's not you.  It also happens on the television channel.  If I turn to Plus, I can barely hear it and I have to crank up the sound nearly all the way.  The sound also goes in and out regardless of the volume level I choose.  If I forget to turn it down again before I change the channel, the volume is ear splitting on the channel I turn to.
