Proactive "recall"

Did anyone else get the Proactive recall letter? I did, completed the info on the website, shipped back four 4-oz bottles (two were still wrapped in the tamper-proof plastic and the other two were still more than 1/2 full) and I just received my replacement: four 3-oz bottles. Basically I was shorted 4oz. What the heck?

If baby formula is recalled you get an equal size package or a full refund. I could go on-and-on with examples; you get my point.

Where is the Quality (I guess you could give them a C for effort), Value (F, because if I were to replace the missing 4 oz. it would cost me almost $50 after adding shipping and tax; A31083 a 2 oz bottle is $21.75) and Convenience (I've already had to fill out a web form, mail the items back and now deal with customer service for this to be made right). I have cancelled all future shipments.

One less reason for me to tune in to QVC.
