Just wondering how many times of the day QVC and HSN show the TSV.

I don't know, but I'd think that would depend on the contract each vendor negotiates.

Like any other business agreement, each party wants what's in their best interest, balanced by what that will cost them.

The vendor would want their product on there for 24 hours straight. Perhaps these extre nighttime hours will mean fewer presentations in the other hours.

  Who knows? We're all guessing.

There was an article in a business journal...and they said the placement of the products is all up to QVC.  QVC decides when and where and how many times a product is presented....its a non-negotiable factor in their contract!

This is from an article in ALL BUSINESS-

Do Your Homework Before Selling Your Product on Home Shopping Channels

When a shopping channel first agrees to try your product you may get your first shot at an audience at 2:45 AM. While that may not be a bad time for your product, it also may be terrible. Scheduling and number of units carried tend to not be negotiable.  Shopping Channel contracts tend to be “take it or leave it,” meaning you will have very little ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
