@Mom2Dogs  I am on a home computer. Just had the problem a couple of months ago and then the last few days. I always sign in before posting .I have gotten sent back to the sign in 2 or 3 times ,then the gray thing comes up and says the site isn't available. Maybe because of Christmas shopping or ??? who knows. Good to know I have company.

What is this and why is it so hard to post the last couple of days ?

@okaywitheasypay

I get that message from time to time and was told it usually happens when you are on a website for awhile and the cookie expires....simply clear your browser and sign on again....

@Spurt

At least you received an answer.

No other website does this to me except banks.  They notify me when my time is about to expire, but also give me an option to continue the session. QVC isn't a bank and doesn't need to be so overly concerned with that type of over the top security on its forum.  I have to ask why QVC has it set up this way?

It's gotten absurd for me having to sign on sometimes up to 3 times a page, hitting like and posting, and I'm just on the forum, not purchasing anything.

Also, I need to ask why it doesn't occur to everyone.

I use a desktop.  This nonsense occurs with both Explorer 11 and Microsoft Edge.  I was thinking QVC's programming wasn't compatible with Microsoft products.

Anyway, thanks for telling us what QVC told you.

The time out seems random.    I can post for an hour one day, then the next, I post one time & my screen "grays out".    That's when I leave.    Not going to wrestle with something I don't NEED

Yep, it is very annoying and seems to happen more frequently on Q's website .I use a laptop and use Chrome as my go to browser and Firefox as a secondary browser.. So it seems its happening with various devices on QVC's website. If you use a format called Disqus it happens there a lot with various electronic devices and other websites are problematic too...at least the banks give a message...
