I was trying to watch philosophy last night, but Amy was over the top. Marylyn couldn't even talk.  When she took the dry shampoo and spray her hair she was all over the place.

My husband walked by at that time and said what is wrong with her?  I was just trying to watch the show. Poor Mary Lynn . Barely said a word. She really needs to let the vendor sell her product.

Enjoyed Amy when she first begin on Q. Seems lately she is becoming more about "MY STORE!" Cannot enjoy host talking so loud. Want to hear vendor explaing products. Amy must be having a little to much coffee!!! Needs to stop hollering Give vendor the floor.

I saw the same show and thoroughly enjoyed Amy and Marilynn together.  They seemed to be having a great time.  I even thought Amy's hair looked really nice after the dry shampoo demonstration. It was the hairstyle I see all over TV these days, casual, wind-swept.  It suited her, IMO.

II totally agree with you .... AMY is the worst host as far as I am concerned ... I didn't watch the show because she was the host .... she acts & talks like she in a race & yes the "MY STORE" statement is so annoying .... maybe they can put her "behind the scenes" where we don't have to see & hear her!!!!! 👎👎

I really like Amy as a host, but sometimes she definitely is over the top.  I can't watch her when she's on with Lori Goldstein, she's too manic and it makes me nervous.   Other times I see her, she seems better.  I liked watching her on Inspired Style...didn't seem so manic then; maybe because it was on at 1 am?!

I feel the same way about Rick Domeier...I think he seems like a nice guy and a prepared host, but he makes me nervous too!

Two things about this host ruin anything she tries to present. The first, her cackle, when nothing is funny, grates on my last nerve.  The second, is the way she feels the need to interrupt what the vendor is trying to explain to us about their product, just to show she's in control.  She really needs to receive training again.  For me, she's worse than nails scraping down a chalk board!  Not to mention she miss uses phrases, and doesn't realize she's offending people.

I really like Amy....she has a great deal of passion and energy. I would rather have a host like this than one who appears bored all the time.
