I look carefully at the "before and afters," looking and looking comparing them. Sometimes I can't find any. Most of the times I see a few changes on a very wrinkled face, but it's still a wrinkled face. 

Then I think, I wouldn't pay all of that money for a possible small improvement of a few wrinkles.

Many times, I just can't even find the difference.

I try to avoid the beauty category, so i change the channel, but I have seen a bit. They have a lot of products that allegedly "reduce the appearance" of fine lines. Each item is a miracle worker, at least during the presentation. There is a host who loved to demo with her own face, and in the "after" photo she looks the same. She looks her age. I'm not awed. You can't go home again, unless you're Benjamin Button or maybe Dorian Gray.

You need a plastic surgeon to get rid of wrinkles.   Unfortunately, I am driving my face lift...
