Packing slip question

I ordered a pair of shoes - they were too big so boxed them up to return.  When I looked carefully at the invoice  the item price and the shipping price read 0.00.

 

Customer service did not have an explanation.

 

Anyone else run across this?

This is what I know about this issue .... When I am at my summer home & ship my purchases there the receipt shows $0.00 ... I questioned this & was told they do this because it is handled like a “bill to, ship to” item because it is shipped to an address other than the “main” address.... hope this helps 😉
