i AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS YEARS PROGRAMMING COMING UP TO CHRISTMAS.. Do they have a shortage of hosts.. Last night I had to be up all night .. I am so sick of seeing the mugs presented all night long ..replayed.. and I have seen this before and now they are doing pretty much the same on HSN.. I have always done most of my shopping from QVC at Christmas.. well not happening for me this year.. I need to get busy elsewhere.

Between those mugs and Dennis Basso, one could lose one's mind.  Then it's the same hosts every day over and over.  Alberti is getting on my nerves to the point I can't stand to watch 2 minutes of him.   Others are a close second.  QVC has outdone itself with boring repetitiveness this year, and the hosts have amped up their obnoxious factor by 100%.

If QVC is not making enough money to warrant being live from 1am-7am, then of course  they will show repeats. The few people who have complained about this are no comparison to the millions who shop at other times.

You can shop online at QVC or anywhere and there are numerous cable stations on all night. I don't get who wants to watch hours and hours of QVC at anytime!

@ellaphant.  I disregard nighttime repeat petformances.  I'm talking about all day, every day.  They repeat over and over.  How excited do you get over a coffee mug?

I understand the necessity of eliminating live presentations for 5 hours each night. I am to blame, along with all the others who have cut way back on shopping here.

$10.45 to try on a clothing item and decide it is not a keeper? ( $3.50 + $6.95) Yeah, I'm done with the nonsense.

I know that QVC does not set ever-increasing postal rates, but I'm out, especially considering how long it takes to receive an order and that I can't cancel in a reasonable amount of time.

Their products this holiday season are horrible and I tune in in the morning when I wake up and immediately turn it off - even commericals are more interesting.  Later in the day I pop back on and there we go......the same junk they were trying to sell in the morning....apparently they do not have enough good products to sell for a 24 hour day.  Just a matter of time with QVC between their products, their shipping and their returns.  WRETCHED shopping channel anymore but then....there are no others any better.

Thinking last year when I had last minute gifts to buy between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the busiest time of the season, QVC might have some new products.

Instead it appeared QVC chose a limited number of products already presented quite a few times that were repeated ad nauseum during that time.

Walmart CEO, Doug McMillon, with over $500 billion in net sales last year said during an interview today speaking about how he views retailing at Walmart;  however, it's an excellent warning to all other retailers.

"We could go away any minute."

"Retailers come and go," McMillon said. "It's really simple: If you're not meeting the wants and needs of the customer, you're done. There's not a lot of loyalty here."

Yes, boring pretty much sums up the holiday offerings.

@Foxxee   Let's face it Amazon is killing everyone.  I was a loyal Walmart shopper and doing away with cashiers, having no one around to ask a question, shelves always empty, in Florida you need to go in with a suit of armour in order to survive with all the carts running around.   I have come to hate Walmart, so I have been ordering mostly of Amazon.  If Walmart fails, it is their own dumb fault.  Just like QVC.  Why have these boards if no one is reading them?   You have to keep programming interesting and that they are not doing.
