Shop alot with Amazon prime and never have any issues. Very disappointing QVC and also your customer service people seem to not care and  have an attitude.

my echo amazon voucher came separately via UPS and came about a week after i received my BOSE. it did not come in the bose box. when i looked at my order status the voucher actually had its own entry.
