I have never seen an "over 50" show, and I really don't plan to.

This "over 50" girl doesn't have a lot of time to watch anyway, and if I do get to watch it's probably going to be a show that features items ALL ages can use.  Smiley Wink

@LuvSoCal   Great post!  Hahaha. Now I have visions of Rick and David having that discussion while hanging out in their pajamas, drinking wine.  LOL

All this Over 50 stuff.  All it does is emphasize those of us who are over 50 must be an isolated old group.  Some of the folks on front of this website are reat representations of loverly women over 50 - but then - many of them are quite unrelatable - at least hopefully.  Don't need QVC to tell me at 73 that I am fabulous - just like I was in my 30's, 40's, 50's etc. - ya get it?

I wish I knew as much about aging in my 50s as I do now in my 70s.

There is nothing hosts or guests can tell me that would have helped me age. IMO, it is agism, not marketing.

There are those that like it and that's ok. Just count this older woman out.

It’s mind numbingly unnecessary to program around women and the meno-stages. It’s so weird to keep pushing something like this.

I totally agree with most of these comments that the whole Over 50 and Fabulous + menopause segments need to be eliminated.  The last thing I need at this point in life is to have a bunch of over-done TV hosts telling me what I already know.  Women in their 60s and 70s could provide so much more informative knowledge about these topics.  And ... there is no similar programming for men???  How about a new segment on ED!!!!  😏😂🤣

I can remember my exact time I first noticed I was ageing.  It was in my late fifties.

One day, I noticed my stomach, below my waist, was sticking out. My once flat stomach was bulging. I thought maybe I was retaining water, etc., but it just didn't go away.

I started doing everything to get rid of it: diet, exercising, nope.

I never had a flat stomach again.

@LuvSoCal  I think a show like that would be a hoot especially if Rick and David would co-host. I have noticed that commercials that pertain to men's issues (wink, wink) are always a riot. The Nugenics ones with Frank Thomas and Doug Flutie; the Hanes underwear one with the young man prancing around extolling the BALL-ance of his drawers; and the best one of all: the Peroni's disease one with the bent carrot. With a program along those lines, the Q's ratings and sales would skyrocket!

I have watched qvc since the beginning. The amount of deterioration of this channel is astounding. Mally jumping around and screaming, Shawn with her classless behavior and trashy language are just part of the whole picture. Not to mention the ridiculous hike in prices and lower quality of items. I know for a fact I can find pieces comparable to Susan, Kim and many others at Marshall's and Amazon. Menapause Monday and all the over 50 stupidity is what has finally caused me to stop most of my watching. I'm hoping this programming will change as people voice their opinions and change the channel.
