Remember that free shipping upgrade that many of us had? Well I guess Q got tired of us talking about it on the boards so they stopped it. Fine, no problem, I understand that. However, they went back and retroactively REMOVED it from all of my AD items that had it...that amounts to maybe 8 or 10 shipments! Did they remove yours as well? Im very angry about this, and am about to put in a call to CS, along with as much follow up as necessary. This is wrong! Stop offering it if you dont want it to be utilized, that is one thing, but to go back in to accounts and actually remove it from deliveries it has already been applied to is very low indeed. Between that and the so-called "random" 5 easy pay offers, QVC is really disappointing me...perhaps its time to cease or decrease my relationship?
