After unsuccessful order attempts today via PC on various browsers, cell phone, and automated ordering I contacted customer service and they said addresses in Colorado have a glitch not allowing them to order. An IT service ticket was submitted and she said it may be fixed in the next few days.
Hopefully no other states were affected. What an odd IT issue and it's too bad it prevented ordering and QVC revenue.

I'm guessing Project Athens didn't include an IT upgrade.

Today I had a problem with the order that I placed for the TSV .I know I placed the order using one of my credit card,not the Q Card and I get an email few minutes after placing order saying Thank you for using your Q card with the right amount . I called customer service explaining that I KNOW I used my credit card listed and not the Q card ,so why did I receive the email with the wrong information. She says she didn't see anything showing I used the Q card , but I got the email saying I did,couldn't tell me why that email was sent.
Guess another glitch at the Q today

I had this problem a few months ago and I ended up calling Customer Service and the gal put my order in and I got it with no problem. I also live in CO.

That is great that they were able to process your order. A review on a Periea item that I had same shipping problem with a few months ago complained about not being able to order also.
On one of my many attempts today it appeared that the QVC system was confusing Colorado with Canada.

@rockygems123. Did you try to order just one item or several? Sometimes an item is sold out, the computer hasn't caught up, and people get a msg about not being able to send to certain addresses.

Yep, I tried multiple configurations. Ordering the two together, ordering separately, even though not wanting to lose the 5% Mrrebates eliminated going through them and ordering straight from QVC.
Really was a clue however when on one attempt a prompt very briefly came up and said we can't ship to Canada. I think it is reading CO as CA and that may be the glitch.

I didn't have an ordering problem (and I'm not in Colorado), but the two Lock and Lock orders I did today both said delivery expected date is June 4! Didn't notice that until I checked the order confirmation email. Not that it matters to me but that seems like a long wait on a regular order.
