Order still processing after 5 days?

I placed an order on Saturday morning and it is now Wednesday afternoon and it STILL shows my order as processing. Is it normal for it to take this long? It says that I will receive my item by 2/10, but since it's now 2/5 and it hasn't even shipped yet, I highly doubt that will happen. This is the first time I've ordered anything from QVC in about 5 years, so I'm not very famiilar with their order processing/shipping process. This just seems like an awfully long time for an order to still be in process....

Hi @jwemt81 I checked your order and it is loaded on the truck to ship. You will not see In Process change to Shipped until it is scanned into the first hub, but it's on the way.

Shipping had been good. Now it is bad. Most of my orders are still "In Process" after 4 days. Not a happy camper!

My orders from 2/1 are still showing as "in process" as well. I called earlier this morning and the CS person could not tell me anything. Mods - Can you find out if my items have been shipped?

My order finally just updated with a tracking number after 5 days of waiting. I sure wish QVC would speed up their order processing and shipping a bit.

WOW. I have never had any order tell me what I would receive my order by. Is that something new? If so, That's great!
