Order disappeared?

I order a HP desktop computer on six easy payments...it showed as processing and that the label had been printed. I checked it today and now it's gone, not showing up anywhere. I have not received one email from QVC so I don't have the order number anymore. Has anyone else had this happen?? I was charged the amount for the first payment.
