I just noticed that they've changed the returned items page. Now we have no idea what amount they refunded us... You see the order total and the item price and whether or not it was billed in installments. I gues you could figure out what you think they should have refunded you, but that's about it... Again poor changes on their website.....

@KatieB Funny - I just finished commenting on how they process returns on someone else's topic about not showing what color/size of something you order.
They really need to clean up their processing andposting of returns especially if you order more than one and choose to return all that you ordered. Their postings stink! It has turned into quite a guessing game.
And no, the answer is to not return anything if you so choose. They so claim it's our choice, no questions asked. It is their responsibility to show exact amounts of returned dollars and cents and exactly what that amount comprises and how they came to their conclusion.
Sometimes I truly feel I am getting jipped in the process - and I'm probably not wrong with this espeically with the s/h and WHEN they choose to refund it or not with damaged & defective goods you order and mark your return slip as such.
I pity the next person who gets some of the damaged/defective goods that I had and HAD to return. I KNOW the Q is just bagging the bad stuff up and re-sending it to someone else.

@KatieB I haven't seen what you are describing (I haven't yet looked) but if so, maybe that's so QVC can continue to deduct the cost of the return labels from people who don't use them and it not be quite so noticeable. ![]()

Huh, I just looked at my orders page and under the item I returned is the amount credited to me. Same when I click onto the returns tab on that same page.

my order status page is showing how much was returned...I like that...so much easier to figure out ....

I always figure out my return dollar amount prior to returning items to QVC. I also keep the information part of my receipt until I am credited my money. QVC has always been correct as to dollar amount with returns. I did not notice any particular changes to the Return Tab.

I don't see any changes either.

I just looked at my returned items again and here's what I saw:
09/08/2015
4682814419
$76.67
Of course it was not in the above format. I used the easy pay and have only been billed for 1 payment.... As you can see there is no refund amount. The first amount is the order total and the second amount is the item price. There is no refund amount anywhere.....
