WTH is happening with QVC?  As if shipping nightmares are already a cluster you know what, now the order status is unavailable.  I can't even check easy pays or anything related to my account.  Really Q?

Unreal....I just went to check something I ordered and bam order status not available, live chat not available.  So I guess I will call and give them an ear full in a minute.  Seriously what is happening to this company????

Me too.  I was in the constant sign in loop to get into my account.  I finally signed in to the forums, could get into my account, but no info was available.

I just tried to check on my Auto Delivery orders....and there is no option to do any of that.....so, if we want to delay or cancel a shipment, are we out of luck? This makes no sense to me at all. I've been a loyal QVC customer since they began, but until all of this can be fixed, I won't be ordering anymore.

 

I'm hoping they get enough response to this issue that it's cleared up sooner than later. The future doesn't look very bright for QVC.

Honestly its not just QVC.  Yesterday in the afternoon I had no internet at all.  When it is something like that, technical glitches happen.  It appears they got fixed.  Nothing to worry about albeit it is frustrating.  

 

I have been teleworking since March and yesterday afternoon was hoping to get a lot of work done on a database.  Nobody was around to interrupt me.  Well AT&T had a major outtage in my area so you know what they say about best laid plans.  It just happens.
