Looking for email address of who I could write to to expedite an exchange. I ordered something in a small and was sent a medium. First time this ever happened. The bag label said small but the label in the vest says Medium. It is not defective, just not what I ordered. I would like to exchange it fast as it may sell out. Opinions on how to handle this quickly? I wrote to qvc easy returns but I know it takes a few days for them to respond and it may sell out. Is there an email for customer care and do they handle this type of thing? Thanks lfor any input.

I would,call Customer Service, it's fast and you might get an immediate response and exchange.

I've never had any luck with the customer service call center being very helpful or fast at anything. I have had better luck with the chat feature,

It just happened to me. I emailed the social team & they replied within 10 minutes. Anjalena emailed me to send back & no shipping charges.
